Return Policy
At Carter & Chloe Hamptons, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be times when you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

You may only initiate a return after physically receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

You may try on the item, but wearing it is not allowed.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intent to return some of them is not permitted.
Return Process

Notify us of your return via info@carterchloehamptons.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

We will send you the return address of our supplier (located in China).

You must return the item at your own cost, including any customs duties or shipping fees.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.
Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days through the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect address is provided, the customer is responsible for the error.

Any address mistakes must be reported within 12 hours of placing the order.
